You and I are going to be good or even great friends!
We will meet via phone, ZOOM or FB video everyday for the first month for about 15 minutes a day to get you committed to your new healthy eating lifestyle.
You may start my proven food plan or we can create your own healthy eating food plan together. One that you will commit to 110%!
You will receive the 14 day Conquer Your Cravings Challenge for free, so you can get your mind in the game of standing up for your new healthy eating lifestyle.
And that's just the first month!
As we continue to work together, you will receive 3 coaching sessions per week.
We will do all these over phone, Zoom, FB video or if you are a local, you may come to my office.
These Sessions are for you to 100% immerse yourself in your new healthy eating lifestyle.
Session examples are:
🚀 Massage therapy for your body (locals only)
🚀 Energy healing for your mind and soul alignment (in person or online)
🚀 Meditation and/or visualization techniques to add to your tool bag
🚀Yoga or doing other movement exercise you like (in person or online)
🚀 Healthy, easy meal prep
🚀 even taking walks together, yes we can do that remotely too!
You will also explore your food cravings, your eating behaviors, your stress eating, any over eating you do and learn how to stop those behaviors, learn from them, and make healthy food choices.
My goal for you by the end of the three months working together,
🎇is that you will have a huge Felix the Cat bag of tricks to pull out whenever you sense a food attack coming on (we will even design a bag for you that contains all those tools and tricks)
🎇 you will have the awareness of that attack (so you'll be able to identify it and shift gears before it gets out of control)
🎇you learn what trick to pull out of your bag (from practice, practice, practice)
🎇 Loving Yourself Completely
🎇 AND of course, releasing weight.
